The Certificate of Origin.

It points the country where production was manufactured. It is used to be presented at customs and allows using reduced customs tariffs. It is mandatory for importers and exporters of production.

The Fire Certificate

It shows that production conforms to requirements of the Technical Regulations about fire safety. It is strictly necessary for the construction and decoration materials, electric devices, gas coppers and other types of production which is potentially flammable. Technical Specifications

If you produce new or unique production on which standards weren’t developed yet or the production is released by small series (changing assortment of products, for example, souvenirs), and also on the basis of new technologies or recipes, you need to develop the Technical Specifications (TS). It is the normative document which sets out comprehensive requirements for the product: its quality control, production technology, acceptance, transportation and even utilization. The Letter of Exemption

The Fire Declaration (for production)

Type of the declaration of conformity which was made out on all types of production included in part II of the list of production, containing in the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 17, 2010 No. 140 “About modification of the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of March 17, 2009 No. 241”. It confirms compliance of goods to requirements of Technical Regulations of fire safety. It is accepted by producers, importers and suppliers of products who are the residents of the Russian Federation.

The Fire Declaration (for objects)

It’s a document made out by a property owner, by a builder or by a project organization which compliance of object to requirements of fire safety is declared to and is confirmed that all fire safety measures are taken.

Euro certificate — 3, 4, 5

It certifies that the imported or exported car and the engine installed on it conform to requirements of Technical Regulations “About requirements to emissions by the automobile equipment which is let out for use on the territory of the Russian Federation, harmful (polluting) substances” and to Euro standards 3, 4, 5, developed by the European commission. It is obligatory, in particular, for import of cars to the territory of Russia and obtaining the Passport of the vehicle.

ISO 14000 certificate

It confirms that the system of ecological management introduced at the enterprise conforms to the international standards.

ISO 9001 certificate

It confirms compliance of quality of the management system, established by a company, to the international standards. It is necessary for obtaining the state and defensive orders and participation in the state tenders.
